"Sentinel" 20 year fiberglass shingles; color <br />"Cypress Tan". G.A.F. shingles have a 20 year warranty on labor and materials. <br /> <br />4. Replace all damaged flashings (valley, vent, or any wall flashing). <br /> <br />5. Provide and install new lead I:::xJots for the plumbing vents. <br />II <br /> <br />6. The existing eavedrip is to remain in place; provide and install new pre-finished <br />"brown" ridge vent. <br /> <br />7. Any rotten or damaged wood (roof deck, fascia, or trim) will be replaced on a <br />cost-plus basis (above and beyond the contract price). <br /> <br />8. MilBar Construction, Inc. to provide 5 year warranty on workmanship; exclusions: <br />stonn damage, work or damage done by others, tree damage, and/or structural damage <br />to roof deck. <br /> <br />9.
