<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per~itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perllit prevent the Building Official froll thereafter
<br />requiring a cClrrection of errors in plans, construction, nr violations of any code. Every per~it issued shall becole invalid
<br />unless the work authorized by such per2it is com.enced within six aonths of issuance, or if HorK authorized by the permit is
<br />suspended or abandoned fClr a period of six 1I0nths after the tile the work is cooQenced. One 90 day extension of ti~e, lay be
<br />allowed for the permit with fee charge of $15.00: The extension shall be requested in wriling te, the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection aust be logged during each six ~Gnth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
