(813) 782.3319

July 18, 1993

Zephyr Haven Nursing Home
38250 "A" Avenue
Zephyrhills,Fla. 33540

Re: New A/c system for Dinning area

Dear Ed Morgan:

Pattie Electric proposes to engineer and provide for permitting,
approved and stamped by state certified PE, construction drawings
of proposed new installation. In addition, we will also provide
roof curb and installation. A five ton package Heat pump,
manufactured by the Trane Company, will be installed on new curb.

The sequence of installation will consist of making engineered
drawings and having them approved by PE. Roof curb will be
fabricated to support weight of unit and provide water-tite
integrity. New curb will be installed in place and sealed. New A/C
unit will be installed in place and electric branch circuit
provided from existing electrical sub-feeder panel. After unit has
been tested and checked for proper operation the old unit will be
disconnected from electric and duct system. New A/c unit will be
connected to existing duct system. We will remove old air handler
and associated equipment from attic spaces.

All work, in so far as practical, will be coordinated to provide
efficient and safe installation for Nursing Home occupants. The
heat removal capacity of new unit is equivalent to old, and no
mention by owner representative has been made to change this
capacity.
