<br />~ <br /> <br />Construction Agreement <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, Made and entered into this day 4th of <br />August ,A.D., 1991- by SANDY DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. whose place <br />of business is 12303 U.S. 301 Dade City, FI 33525, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Contractor, party of the first part, and __ <br />Concire. Inc. of 7335 Gall Blvd. #2 <br />Zephyrhills. Fl. 33541 , hereinafter referred to as <br />the Buyer, party of the second part. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of <br />One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br />paid by the Buyer to the Contractor, receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, and in further consideration of the mutual promises, <br />Covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, it is covenanted, <br />stipulated and agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows, <br />to wit: <br /> <br />FIRST: The Contractor agrees to furnish all material and to <br />provide all of the labor and services which may be necessary and <br />required in ord~r to construct interior. improvements to a <br />building (hereinafter referred to as "building") for the Buyer on <br />the premises in Pasco County,Florida, described as: <br /> <br />Humana 7252 Gall Blvd. <br /> <br />Zephyrhills, Florida <br /> <br />and to build and construct said building in a workmanlike manner, <br />and in full and strict compliance with the plans and specifications <br />prepared therefore and any general or special conditions attached <br />to said plans and specifications (all being hereinafter referred to <br />as plans and specifications) and on file with the signature of the <br />Contractor and the Buyer and made a part hereof.
