<br />WITNESSETH: That, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter con-

<br />Work to be completed by M. R. Nickerson, Inc. under revised plans
<br />and specs dated 7/27/93 by Donald F. Zahn, A.I.A.
<br />726 Tradewinds Dr. Brandon, Fl.

<br />Work will be completed in 6 weeks, from August 9, 1993, with
<br />the understanding that the sanctuary will be ready for worship
<br />September 12, 1993.

<br />IN CONSIDERATION THEREOF, the said Pa~ of the Second Part agree_ to pay to
<br />the said Party of the First Part, the sum of cost plus 10% (tes%) not to exceed
<br />Dollars ($ 74, 1 82 . 09 iu the following manner, to-wit:

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the above named Parties have hereunto set their hands and
