The education building will be located on the western side, and is 17 feet from the church. Drainage calculations are shown as requested. Parking cannot be on the right-of-way, but must be on private property. Drive in parking may be accessed off the alley side, the remaining spaces will have to be shown where the existing building is to be removed. Paved aisles are required with grass spacing and curb stops, 42 spaces are required, including two handicapped spaces. Cars may come off 5th Street for parking, but not off 9th Avenue. The church as its SWFWMD permit. ~ Utility Building Addition at East Pasco Medical Center - The additional will be added ont ~sting utility bui ill measure 97 feet MOL.
