The <br />education building will be located on the western side, and <br />is 17 feet from the church. Drainage calculations are shown <br />as requested. Parking cannot be on the right-of-way, but <br />must be on private property. Drive in parking may be <br />accessed off the alley side, the remaining spaces will have <br />to be shown where the existing building is to be removed. <br />Paved aisles are required with grass spacing and curb stops, <br />42 spaces are required, including two handicapped spaces. <br />Cars may come off 5th Street for parking, but not off 9th <br />Avenue.
