<br />2. Work will begin within approximately alter credit is approved if any amount of this contract

<br />3. II is agreed that this contract shall not become binding upon the Contractor until it is approved by an officer 01 the

<br />4. Any representations or agreements not contained herein shall not be binding on either party. All of the agreements and
<br />understandings 01 each party are contained herein.
<br />5. In the event it becomes necessary for the Contractor to employ an attorney to recover monies due under this agreement, or to
<br />enforce any of the terms and provisions hereof, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay, all costs and expenses, including
<br />reasonable attorney's fees, necessarily incurred by Contractor as a result, regardless of whether suit is filed or not.
<br />6. All unused materials shall. under any conditions, remain the property 01 the Contractor. '
<br />7. The undersigned warrant(s) that he is (they are) the owner(s) of the above menlloned premises and the legal title thereto
<br />stands of record in his (their) name(s).
<br />B. "BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL": This is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the goods or services. you may
<br />cancel this agreement by providing written nOllce to the seller in person, by telegram, or by mail. This nOllce must indicate that
<br />you do not want the goods or services and must be delivered or postmarked before midnight of the third business day after you
<br />sign this agreement. If you cancel thiS agreement, the seller may nol keep all or part of any cash down payment.
<br />9. In the event Owner attempts to cancel this agreement after the date and time allowed for cancellation under paragraph 8 of this
<br />agreement, Owner(s) will be liable for, and agree(s) to pay Contractor, all damages which Contractor sustains as a result of such
<br />cancellation, including loss of profit, Contractor's cost of any materials specially fabricated, and a 15% re-stocking charge for aU
<br />materials required for the work specified above.
