<br />as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed Kith the work and not as authority to violate, canrel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a pertit prevent the Building Official froa thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, Dr violations of any code, Every pertit issued shall becole invalid
<br />unless the work authorized by such pertit is co.,eneed within six lonths of issuance, Dr if work authorized by the perlit is
<br />suspended Dr abandoned for a period of six ,onths after the tile the work is cottenced. One 90 day extension of tile, lay be
<br />allowed for the pertit with fee charge of $15,00, The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lust be logged during each six _onth period, or the project Mill be considered abandoned.
