Chief Hartwig has reviewed the situation. <br />Pro-Lawn is seeking to locate two 500 gallon aboveground <br />storage tanks, one unleaded fuel and one diesel. A single <br />tank would not be regulated by DER or FNPA. Combined, there <br />are certain requirements that must be met, such as providing <br />consumption records, setbacks, signage, fire protection, tank <br />construction, etc. <br /> <br />~ Closing of 5th Avenue for Founders' Days activities <br /> <br />
