<br />arrange a loan in the amount necessary to cover the price under this agreement. If seller is unable to arrange such a
<br />loan, the agreement is automatically void.

<br />various methods of computing the loan cost, it is impossible to furnish a full disclosure statement as required by law,
<br />until such time as seller is able to obtain an "Agreement to Loan" from one or another financial source. If the
