If the applicant is someone other than the 'owner: I certify that I <br />have obtained a copy of the above described document and promise in good faith to deliver it to the 'owner' prior to commencement. <br /> <br />E. If use of fill is found to adversely affect <br />adjacent properties. the owner may be cited for violating the conditions of the building pennit issued under the attached pennit application. <br /> <br />If I am the AGENT FOR THE OWNER, I promise in good faith to infonn the owner of the pennitting conditions set forth in this affidavit prior to commencing <br />construction. <br /> <br />I understand \hat a separate permit may be required for electncal work, plumbing, signs, wells, pools, air conditioning, gas, or other installations not <br />specifically included in \he application. <br /> <br />A permit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed wi\h the work and not as au\hority to violala, cancel, alter, or set aside any provision of <br />the ladlnicaJ codes, nor shall issuance 01 a permit prevent \he Building Official from \hereafter requiring a correction 0' errors In plans, construction, or <br />violations 01 any code. Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work authorized by sudl permit is commenced within six months of permit <br />issuance, or if work authorized by \he penn it Is suspended or abandoned for a period of six months after the time the work is commenced. One or <br />more extensions of time, lor periods not to exceed 90 days eadl, may be allowed for the permit. The extension shall be requested in writing to the <br />Building Official.
