<br />A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed witb tbe work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perlit prevent the Building Official fIOl tbereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every pemit issued shall beCOle invalid
<br />unless tbe work authoriled by sueb perlit is COIIenCed witbin sillODtbs of issuance, or if work authorized by the pemit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sil IODtbs after tbe tile tbe wort is co.enced. One 90 day utension of tile, lilY be
<br />allowed for tbe perlit witb fee charge of $15.00. 'l'be utension sball be requested in writing to tbe Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during eaeb sillORtb period, or tbe project will be considered abandoned.
