Carle <br />Hodges & Carle, P.A. <br />38410 North Avenue <br />Zephyrhills, Florida 33540 <br /> <br />Re: Rose Patrick - House at 5901-13th street <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Carle: <br /> <br />I talked with Mrs. Rose Patrick in April of this year about the <br />condition of this house; that it needed a complete inspection for <br />us to determine the extent of damage and that no one should be in <br />it until this was accomplished. <br /> <br />A letter was sent to Mrs. Patrick on May 16th, again asking for an <br />inspection. May 17th I posted a sign in front of this property <br />which read: this buildina unsafe and its use or OCCUDancv is <br />prohibited. When I returned to the office, a neighbor called and <br />reported that Mr. Patrick had removed the sign as soon as I left. <br /> <br />We have been in contact with Mr. Patrick for more than three years <br />concerning this property and his Gall Boulevard property. Only <br />promises, no results. <br /> <br />Mrs. Rathe Patrick purchased a permit 7-30-92 to repair a corner <br />and roof line damage caused by termites and rot. With no action, <br />the permit was void after six (6) months. <br /> <br />Damage to this house is much greater today and the following should <br />be accomplished within ninety (90) days, or by September 1, 1994: <br />'" <br /> <br />)~ <br />V2. <br /> <br />No occupancy. <br /> <br />The rear addition, 14' x 16' M.O.L, completely removed and <br />the wall to the main section of the house weatherproofed with <br />exterior board. Must be new material. <br /> <br />~. <br />~ <br /> <br />Remov~ roof covering, replace all damaged wood and reroof <br />using an under layer of felt paper. <br /> <br />Remove trees that are within inches of eaves that can cause <br />damage with strong winds. <br /> <br />CCBuildinK Safety Is No Accident" <br />
