<br />you are indicating that you, rather tban tbe contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor lisbes you to sign
<br />as contractor that lilY be an indication that be is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per.itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zepbyrbills.

<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor sball issuance of a per.it prevent the Building Official frOl.thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every par.it issued shall becoIe invalid
<br />unless tbe work authorized by such per.it is cu.enced within sillOnths of issuance, or if work authoriled by the per.it is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sillOnths after the ti.e the work is co.enced. One 90 day I!Itension of tile, IliY be
<br />allowed for the perlit with fee charge of $15.00. Tbe extension sball be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection 80St be logged during each six IOnth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
