<br />'Contractor Sections' of this applicatioo for wbich they will be responsible. 'If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the wort. If the contractor lIishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that laY be an indication that be is not properly licensed and is not entitled to pemitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zepbyrhills.

<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a pemit prevent the Building Official fIOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery pemit issued shall beCCIIe invalid
<br />unless the work authorized by such pemit is COII8IlCed within slllOnths of issuance, or if IOrk authoriled by the perlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of slllODths after the tile the work is co.eDced. One 90 day utension of tile, IaJ be
<br />allOlled for the pmit lIith fee charge of $15.00. tbe utension shall be requested in IlriUng to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during each sillODth period, or the project lIill be considered abandoned.
