T ANK INSTALLATION <br /> <br />Constmction Dynamics, Inc., (Contractor) proposes to perform the following Scope of Work <br />at the above referenced job site using OSHA 1910.120 trained employees. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> <br />A. Tank Installation: <br />1. Obtain the necessary permits to complete the scope of work. <br />2. Furnish, place and finish 240 square feet of 6" thick concrete with #3 steel rebar on 12" <br />centers each way and haunched footings per FO-l & 2. <br />3. Furnish and install one (1) 2,000 gallon "standard" Convault tank. Protect tank with six (6) <br />6" diameter bumper posts. <br />4. Per Convault specification, furnish and install emergency vent. Furnish and install foot valve, <br />Pneumercator LS600 float switch with low level alarm switch, Pneumercator P-5 tank <br />gauge, site gauge, fill cap and adaptor. Provide Andover system. <br />5. Pipe approximately 40' each of I" suction and return piping and approximately 40 feet of 2" <br />vent in schedule 40 black steel pipe, painted with the rust inhibitor paint. Cover pipes <br />mounted on wall with 16 gauge galvanized pipe cover painted to closely match building <br />exterior. Provide ball valves in suction and return piping. Pipe approximately 80 feet of <br />copper line for the P-5 Pneumercator. Encase the portion of the copper pipe which is not <br />enclosed in the pipe cover in PVe. Penetrate louvers with sleeve. Support piping as <br />necessary. <br />6. Tie piping into existing day tank suction, return and vent lines utilizing the existing RACOR <br />fuel filter. <br />7. Transfer product from the temporary storage tanks into new Convault and start up system. <br />8. Patch wall openings as may be necessary. <br />9. Proposal Terms and Conditions form CDI-9101 (rev, 12/90) are a part hereof as if restated <br />in their entirety herein. <br />10. Electrical connections as required to be performed by Southern Electric. Andover equipment <br />to be installed by'Roto'l3rothers.
