<br />as contractor that JaY be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to penlitting privileges in the

<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a peIlit prevent the Building Official frOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery perlit issued shall becoJe invalid
<br />unless the work authoriled by such peIlit is COlleDced lithin sillOnths of issuance, or if lork authorized by the peIlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after the tile the work is ~ced. One 90 day extension of tile, JaY be
<br />allowed for the perlit lith fee charge of $15.00. the extension sball be requested in lriting to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during each sillODth period, or the project lill be considered abandoned.
