<br />as contractor that lily be an indication that be is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zepbyrbills.

<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery pmit issued aball becme invalid
<br />unless the IOrk authorized by sueb perlit is co.mced within silllODths of issuance, or if wort authoriled by the perJit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of silllODths after the tile the work is COMeIlced. One 90 day I!Itension of tile, laY be
<br />allowed for the perlit with fee charge of $15.00. !be I!Itension sball be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during eaeb silllODth PeriOd, or the project will be considered abandoned.
