I certify that no wort or <br />installation has ~ced prior to issuance of a penit and that all work will be perfoned to Met standarda of all laws <br />regulating construction, City codes, loning regulations, and land developleDt regulations in the jurisdiction. Every penit issued &ball beCClle invalid <br />unless the wort authoriled by such penit is COIIenced within six IOnths of issuance, or if wort authoriJed by the penit is <br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six IODths after the tile the work is coamced. One 90 day extension of tile, lIy be <br />allowed for the penit witb fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official.
