<br />"Contractor Sections. of tIIis application for wbich tIIey will be responsible. If you, as the OlDer sign as tile contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, ratber than the contractor, are responsible for tile worl. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contractor tIIat laY be an indication that be is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perlitting privileges in tile
<br />City of Zepbyrhills.

<br />regulating construction, City codes, loning regulations, and land developleDt regulations in the jurisdiction. I also

<br />A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor sball issuance of a perlit prevent tile Building Official frOl,thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every perlit issued shall becoIe invalid
<br />unless the work authoriled by sueb perlit is cOllellced within sblOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the perlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after tile tile tile worl is ~ced. One 90 day utension of tile, laY be
<br />allowed for tile perlit with fee charge of $15.00. Tbe extension sball be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
