Due to the <br />code requirement of placing building (3) on east side of thrift shop no closer than 10 feet from the thrift shop, a <br />change in the location of the building is required as to not block the aisles to the east parking lot, The change is <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1) relocate bus/van carport from location to the north of the thrift shop to the location previously <br />planned for the prefab building east of the thrift shop. See site plan dated 1-14-95. Location (B). <br />2) place prefab building where carport was. Location (D) <br />3) both locations wiIl be leveled and rocked, shrubs lining alley (C) to be removed. <br /> <br />In addition, these: items are to be included in the overall project: <br />4) the aisles of all parking areas will be rocked, lot 1 west of the church, lot 2 east of the church, and <br />lot 3 on the northeast comer of the 11th street and 6th avenue intersection (see item #3). All low areas will be <br />filled with dirt and leveled, parking stops replaced and reset. <br />5. the entrance and exit to lot #3 wiIl be concreted as per requirement. <br /> <br />RespectfuIly submitted, <br />RichardA.
