<br />as contractor that laY be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to peraitting privileges in the
<br />City of Z8phyrhills.

<br />A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall iuuance of a penit prevent the Building Official fIQI thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. EVl!IJ pemit iuued shall becoIe invalid
<br />unless the IIOrk authoriled by such petlit is COII8Jlced within sillOllths of issuance, or if work authoriJed by the penit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sillODths after the tile the work is co.enced. ODe 90 day atensicm of tile, lay be
<br />allowed for the penit with fee charge of $15.00. rhe atension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during each sillODth PeriOd, or the project will be considered abandoned.
