<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the wort. If the contractor wioes you to sign
<br />as contractor that Jay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to peraitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />A penit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the wort and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perIIit prevent the Building Official fIOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery perait issued shall lIecme invalid
<br />unless the wort authorized by sud perait is co.enced within sillOnths of issuance, or if wort authoriJed by the perIIit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sillODths after the tiae the wort is COMenced. One 90 day atension of tille, Jay be
<br />allowed for the perlit with fee charge of $15.00. 'I'he atension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection aust be logged during each sixlODth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
