Our work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and will comply with existing governing codes and regulations. 'Electric work beyond the scope of our license. done in conjunction with this contract will be sub-contracted. 2. Any alteration or deviation from these specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. The cost of all extra work must be paid upon completion of said work. 3. Warranty: All material and workmanship will carry a one-year warranty. Warranteed repairs will be performed during regular working hours (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays, excluding holidays) and if service is needed at other times, the difference between regular time and time.and-a-halfordouble time will be billed as an extra. In addition, the manufacturer provides an additional four-year factory part warranty on the compressor and condenser coil only (labor not included). Balance on completion or financed TERMS: The above prices, specifications. and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. Gulfcoast Air Systems, Inc. is authorized to do the work as specified and will not be responsible for costs 'or delays causeo by conditions beyond its control. All unpaid balances shall accrue,iflterest at 1.5% per month simple interest. This proposal. when signed by an authorized agent of Gulfcoast Air Systems, Inc. and accepted and signed by the customer, constttutes an entire and binding contract between the customer and Gulfcoast Air Systems, Inc., and if any obligation hereunder is enforced by action at law or in equity, then the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover all of its costs, including all reasonable attorneys' fees, from the non-prevailing party. Until the total sales price is paid, customer grants a security interest and lien to Gulfcoast Air Systems, Inc. in the above-mentioned equipment and agrees that such equipment is and shall remain personal property (and shall not be characterized as a fixture). In the event that customer fails to timely pay under this contract, Gulfcoast Air Systems, Inc. shall have the right, without further notice or demand by process of ,law, or otherwise, to take possession of said equipment wever located.
