(Sec. 4,(b) other side). This subcontract agreement is <br />made by and between Dav-Lin Construction Co" Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" and the Subcontractor <br />named above. Subcontractor agrees to furnish the necessary labor, material and equipment to: <br /> <br />Complete all fire sprinkler work in every respect for the referenced project, <br /> <br />Clarifications to the scope of work include but are not limited to: <br /> <br />1. Includes site underground and relocation of Flre Hydrant at West <br />side of building where new building will go. <br /> <br />Wiginton letter dated Noverrber 21, 1994 concerning proposed changes is <br />pending OWner approval and is not included in this Subcontract at this time. <br /> <br />Wiginton Fire Sprinklers, Inc, agrees to hold Dav-Lin Construction Co., Inc. <br />harmless in the event of damages or injuries due to any <br />negligence on their part, and that they will pay all legal and <br />defense costs associated with any damage or injury claims, <br /> <br />* Certificate of Insurance with Workers Compensation coverage <br />required by Dav-Lin before subcontractor mobilization. <br />* Subcontractor is advised that any notice of nonpayment of any <br />of this subcontractor's material or labor suppliers made known <br />to Dav-Lin may result in appropriate backcharges imposed against <br />this subcontractor by Dav-Lin. <br />* Weekly Safety Meeting's are held each Monday and attendance is <br />mandatory for every subcontractor on site.
