Remove three walls around attic access. Rebuild headers to <br />carry ceiling joist. Replace ceiling with 5/8" drywall as needed and <br />leave ceiling access ladder. Kitchen: Refrigerator on north wall will be moved to west <br />wall approximately 5' from north wall. Move and fit existing upper <br />cabinet above refrigerator. Cabinet will be extended to conform to <br />space between where refrigerator was to new location. All new <br />countertops to be installed and new tile to be laid above all new <br />counters. Refrigerator will be recessed approximately 5' into existing <br />wall. Tile and countertop \\-ill be occupants choice. <br /> <br />3.200.00 <br /> <br />6. Remove wall at 4' from rear of building to make room larger. <br />Ceiling wiII have to be removed and replaced by owner choice (or <br />dty'\yall) Fr.
