The Permittee shall immediately provide written notification to the <br />District upon beginning any construction authorized by this permit. <br /> <br />3. The Permittee shall retain the design engineer, or other professional <br />engineer registered in Florida, to conduct on-site observations of <br />construction and assist with the as-built certification requirements of <br />this project. The Permittee shall inform the District in writing of the <br />name, address and phone number of the professional engineer so employed. <br />This information shall be submitted prior to construction. <br />
