SECTION 4: PAGE 3 A, ' I:.;ork Not In Contract To Be Done By Others: 1) Clear site of any organic material, grass, trees, shrubs, etc. Remove any utilities and bring site to required sub-grade plus or minus 1/10 ft. and compacted to 95% minimum density. 2) Furnish any needed water or electrical power as may be required; provide access for truck and equipment. 3) Do any final grading or grassing around perimeter of courts. 4) Establish corners and elevation. 5) File Notice of Commencement. 6) Provide continuation of court drainage, if needed. NOTE: If additional time or material is required by The Nidy Company to ready site, such expense will be charged to Owner.
