(the <br /> <br />"Owner") came on for consideration before the State of Florida <br /> <br />Board of Building Codes and Standards (the "Board") in accordance <br /> <br />with ~ 553.512(1), Fla. Stat. (1993), and Chapter 9B-7, Fla. Admin. <br /> <br />Code R. (1995), at the meeting of the Board on December 12, 1995 <br /> <br />upon a recommendation by the Handicapped Accessibility Advisory <br /> <br />Council (the "Council"). <br /> <br />At that meeting, the Board made the <br /> <br />following findings of fact: <br /> <br />1. The Owner is MATT STONE CO., P.O. Box 8310, Clearwater, <br /> <br />Florida 34618. <br /> <br />2. The Owner was represented at the meeting by ,Jeff Mattox, <br /> <br />Matt Stone Co., P.O. Box 8310, Clearwater, Florida 34618 and Ken- <br /> <br />neth Bollenback, Bollenback Builders, Inc., 3784 Tampa Road, Olds- <br /> <br />mar, Florida 34677. <br /> <br />3. The project for which the Owner is seeking a waiver is <br /> <br />its manufacturing facility at 3749 Copeland Drive, Zephyrhills, <br /> <br />Florida 33540. <br /> <br />4. The requirements for which the Owner is seeking a waiver <br /> <br />are those in ~ 553.509, Fla. Stat. (1993), which states that no- <br />
