<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perlit prevent the Building Official frOJ thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Bvery peIlit issued shall beCOle invalid
<br />unless the worl authoriled by sueb perlit is cOll8nced within sil IODthS of issuance, or if IfOrl authoriled by the per.it is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sil IOnths after the tile the worl is c_enced. One 90 day utension of tile, JaY be
