<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the wort. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />. as contractor that la' be an indication that be is not properl,licensed and is not entitled to pertitting privileges in the

<br />A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with the wort and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a perlit prevent the Building Official frOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correetioo of errors in plans,. construction, or violations of an, code. Ivery pertit issued shall becOIe invalid
<br />unless the wort authoriled by such pertit is co.enced tdthin sillODths of issuance, or if wort autboriled by the pertit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sil IODtbs after the tile the IOrt is co.enced. One 90 da, extension of tile, la' be
<br />allOlled for the pertit with fee charge of tI5.00. fbe extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during each sixlODth period, or the project will be considered abancJoned.
