<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor Mishes you to sign
<br />IS contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per.itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />regulating construction, City codes, zoning regulations, and land developlent regulations in the jurisdiction. I also

<br />unless the Mork authorized by such perlit is cOlleneed within six lonths of issuance, or if work authorized by the perlit is

<br />allowed for the perlit Mith fee charge of tI5.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Dfficial. An
<br />approved inspection lust be logged during each six .onth period, or the project Mill be considered abandoned.
