The <br />average costs include structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanlcal,interior finish, normal site preparation (excavation and backfill for building), architectural <br />and design fees, overhead and profit. When using this data, It should be noted that these are 'average' costs based on typical construction methods <br />for each occupancy group and type of construction. These figures should be adjusted as appropriate. Occupancies are grouped into two categories: <br />'good06 and 'average,'7 to reflect the broad range of construction values. This data was compiled by the saccI Plan Review Department using the <br />Marshall Valuation Service as published by the Marshall and Swift Publication Company, Los Angeles, California. <br /> <br />NOTE: Alabama Is the base state for this table.
