<br />FurtherlOre, if the owner bas hired a contractor or contractors, be is advised to bave the contractor(s) sign portions of the
<br />DContractor Sections" of this application for which they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wisbes you to sign
<br />as contractor that lily be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to peraitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zepbyrhills.

<br />unless tbe work authorized by such peIlit is co.enced within sillODtbs of issuance, or if work authorized by the peIlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sillODtbs after the tile the work is C08enced. One 90 day eltension of tile, lily be
<br />allowed for the petlit with fee cbarge of $15.00. fbe eltension sball be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lust be logged during each sixlODth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
