<br />cited for a .isdl!lleanor violation under state law. If the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to wbat licensing
<br />reguirellents aay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zepbyrhills Building Departlent, (813)

<br />"Contractor Sections. of this application for wbieb they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that JaY be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to perIIitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrbills.

<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every perIIit issued shall becoIe invalid
<br />unless the work authoriled by sueb perlit is COB8llced within sil IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the perait is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sil IOnths after the tile the work is co.enced. One 90 day I!Itension of tile, .y be
<br />allowed for the perlit with fee ebarge of $15.00. 'fbe extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection aust be logged during eaeb sillODth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
