<br />unless the work authorized by such perlit is COllellCed within sillOnths of issuance, or if IIOrk authorized by the pertit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOntbs after the tiae the IIOrk is COIIeDced. One 90 day l!Itension of tile, lay be
