I certify that no IOrk or <br />installation has cDllenced prior to issuance of a perlit and that all work will be perforted to teet standards of all laws <br />regulating construction, City codes, loning regulations, and land developlent regulations in the jurisdiction. Every perlit issued sball beCOle invalid <br />unless the work authorized by such perlit is cOlIBnced within six IOnths of issuance, or if IOrk authorized by the perlit is <br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six IOnths after the tite the IOrk is coaenced. One 90 day extension of tite, lilY be <br />allowed for the perlit with fee cbarge of $15.00. The extension sball be requested in writing to the Building Official.
