<br />as contractor that lay be an indication that be is not P!operly licensed and is not entitled to pertitting privileges in tile

<br />A per.it issued sball be construed to be a license to proceed with the wort and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a peClit prevent the Building Official fCOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Every pmit issued slla11 becme iDYalid
<br />unless the lfOrt authorized by such peClit is COIIeIlCed within sillOnths of issuance, or if lfOrt authorized by the pertit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of siz IOnths after the tille the wort is COIIeIlCed. One 90 day utension of ti8e, laY be
<br />allowed for the perlit with fee charge of $15.00. Tbe utension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection .U8t be logged during each sillODth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
