Lots 19, 20, 21 and 22 ~f Block 213, City <br />of Zephyrhills, are four separate lots of record. In theory <br />a dwelling could be built on each 30 foot wide lot, however, <br />there is a minimum 10 foot side set back which leaves only a <br />10 foot buildable strip. You could join lots 19 and 20, and <br />lots 21 and 22, to create two lots with a 60 foot width. <br />These two parcels could each be built upon even though the <br />current zoning requires a minimum 75 foot lot width. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />/~.
