<br />LANDSCAPING ALLOWANCE <br />No Landscaping (Owners furnish ). <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL PLANS(sealed drawings) <br />An allowance of $250 . <br /> <br />CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM <br />No Central Air Conditioning system bid by contractor. <br /> <br />WALLS AND FRAMING <br />Provide wood, nails, bolts, screws, framing anchors and other items and perform rough carpentry for the construction <br />shown on plan, as specified herein and as needed for a complete and proper installation. Walls to be framed for door and <br />window openings as shown on plan. <br /> <br />INfERIOR PAINTING <br />Apply Two coats of interior latex paint on all interior Back room areas & One coat to all Front areas. <br /> <br />GAS (owner furnished) <br />Provide a gas distribution system connected to the street feed of the local gas supplier. Install connections and fittings <br />necessary to supply the Building, and in compliance with State and Local codes. <br /> <br />SUSPENDED CEILINGS <br />Install standard white acoustical ceiling tracks for the installation of suspended ceiling with tiles sized as shown on plan. <br />Suspend track from ceiling joists with ties as recommended by manufacturer. <br /> <br />CLEAN-UP <br />Contractor will remove and haul away all construction debris from the job site at the completion of this job, and leave the <br />job site in a broom clean condition. All material removed in the course of alterations shall be disposed of by contractor <br />except those items designated by Owner in writing (note) prior to job start. Any yard repair, leveling, backfilling, or <br />replanting will be done by the Owner unless otherwise in this agreement. <br /> <br />COST; <br />The Proposal Cost for all listed items from the Bid Item Report...............................................................$ 18,430.54 <br /> <br />PAYMENT, <br />Payments will be paid to Cunningham Construction as listed as listed below. <br /> <br />Payment # I.
