Box 465 <br />Trilby, FL 33593 <br /> <br />April 1, 1997 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Poet <br /> <br />Your request to build a home on Lot #12, Stephen's <br />Glen, Phase II has been approved by the Design Re- <br />view Committee (DRC). <br /> <br />Please be sure that Mr. Goodspeed is provided with <br />all the necessary information concerning the Silver <br />Oaks Community Association, ie., the Master Declara- <br />tion, the By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation. <br />Also, that he be informed of the Annual Dues and the <br />Road Fund. <br /> <br />We are anxious to keep Silver Oaks looking as neat <br />as possible so please be sure a trash bin is prOVided <br />and the lot is kept as clean as pOSSible when building. <br />Also, oil leaking from worker's cars parked on the <br />streets during the building process is damaging to our <br />streets. If at all possible, please ask them to park <br />on an empty lot, if one is available. Under Phase III <br />of the Landscape Plans section of the application it <br />calls for full irrigation of the lawn.
