<br />cited for a lisd_anor violation under state law. If the owner or intended contractor are uncertain as to wbat licensing
<br />requirelents lay apply for the intended work, they are advised to contact the City of Zephyrhills Building DepartJent, (813)

<br />IContractor Sections I of this application for wbich they Ifill be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the cootractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the Ifort. If the contractor wishes you to sign
<br />as contractor that lay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to peraitting privileges in the'
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />. set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a peIlit prevent the Building Official fIOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans,. construction, or violations of any code. Every perJit issued shall heCOle invalid
<br />unless the wort authoriled by such perlit is cOllenced within six IOnths of issuance, or if wori authorised by the peIlit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a periOd of six IOnths after the tile the wori is cOllenced. One 90 day eltension of tiae, .y be
<br />allowed for the perait with fee charge of $15,00. the extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official, An
<br />approved inspection lUSt be logged during each sillOnth period, or the project will be considered abandoned.
