<br />Thank you for submitting your application to build a
<br />home on Lot #65 (6944 Northlake Drive) in Silver Oaks.
<br />Your application has been approved by the Design Re-
<br />view Committee (DRC).
<br />
<br />It is mutually understood that you have a copy of the
<br />Articles of Incorporation, the Master Declaration and
<br />the Bv-Laws. The assessment for vacant lots is currently
<br />$16.00 per month plus an annual assessment of ~50.00 .

<br />for the Road Fund. When the cable TV is connected there
<br />will be an additional charge (currently $19.00 per month).
<br />If you have any questions regarding the items above,
<br />please contact Irene Arnot at 782-2033.

<br />We are anxious to keep Silver Oaks looking as neat as
<br />possible so please be sure a trash bin is provided and
<br />the lot is kept clean when building. Also, oil leaking
<br />from worker's cars parked on the street during the build-
<br />ing process is damaging to our streets. Please ask them
<br />to park on an empty lot. Under Phase III of the Land-
<br />scape Plans section of the application it calls for full
<br />irrigation of the lawn. Please make sure this is an
<br />automated system with proper controls.
