All work and materials to meet local industry standards and <br />existing codes in effect at date of this proposal. The above work to be performed for the sum of <br />Eighteen hundred sixty one and 001100 Dollars ($ 1861.00 ) <br />with payments to be made as follows: when complete. <br /> <br />Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon <br />written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon <br />strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, wind and all other necessary insurance <br />required upon above work.
