Every perlit issued sball becOIe invalid <br />unless the work authoriled by such perlit is cOllenced within six .onths of issuance, or if work authorized by the per.it is <br />suspended or abandoned for a periOd of six IOnths after the tile the work is cOllenced. One 90 day eltension of tile, aay be <br />alloNed for the perlit wilh fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official.
