<br />addressing a "colpensating volUle" will be sublitted which is prepared by a professional engineer registered in tbe State of
<br />Florida prior to perlit, issuance.

<br />. A perlit issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with tbe work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of tbe technical codes, nor shall is~u~nce of a per.it prevent the Building Official frOl thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery per.it issued shall becoIe invalid
<br />unless the wor1 authoriled by such perlit is cOllenced witbin six IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the per.it is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a pedod of six IOnths after the tile the work is c08enced. One 90 day I!Itension of tile, la, be
<br />allowed for tbe perlit with fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to tbe Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection lUst be logged during each six IOntb period, or'the project will be considered abandoned.
