<br />as contractor that .ay be an indication that he is not properly licensed and is not entitled to per.itting privileges in the
<br />City of Zephyrhills.

<br />. A per.it issued shall be construed to be a license to proceed with tbe work and not as authority to violate, cancel alter, or
<br />set aside any provisions of the technical codes, nor shall issuance of a per.it prevent the Building Official frOt thereafter
<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or vioiations of any code. Every peIlit issued sball beCOle invalid
<br />unless the work authorized by such per.it is cOllenced within six IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the per.it is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of six tonths after the ti.e the lark is cOllenced. One 90 day eJtension of tile, lay be
<br />allowed for the per.it lith fee charge of $15.00. The extension shall be requested in writing to the Building Official. An
<br />approved inspection .ust be logged during each six tontb period, or the project lIill be considered abandoned.
