<br />IContractor Sectionsl of this application for wbich they will be responsible. If you, as the owner sign as the contractor,
<br />you are indicating that you, rather than the contractor, are responsible for the work. If the contractor wisbes you to sign
<br />as contractor that laY be an indication that be is not properly licensed and is not entitled to petlitting privileges in the
<br />City of Zepbyrbills.

<br />requiring a correction of errors in plans, construction, or violations of any code. Ivery petlit issued shall becOIe invalid
<br />unless the work authoriled by such pemit is COlleJlced within sil IOnths of issuance, or if work authorized by the pemit is
<br />suspended or abandoned for a period of sil IOnths after the tHe the work is co.enced. One 90 day extension of tile, lilY be
