A sub <br />panel has not been included in this estimate. Will have to be added if needed. <br /> <br />Plumbing as follows: <br /> <br />Bath room - One anti scald shower valve, one slide bar, and hand held shower <br />wand, one shower pan, one regular toilet, one wall hung sink and single lever <br />faucet <br />Laundry room - washer/dryer hook up, reinstall water heater <br />Exterior - one hose bib <br /> <br />Air Conditioning as follows: <br /> <br />Bed room - new duct work tied to existing ducts with new drop in bed room <br />Bath room - new duct work tied to existing ducts with new drop in bath room <br />Laundry room - new duct work tied to existing ducts with new drop in laundry <br />room <br />New air handler and new compressor - 3-ton Trane with heat pump. Will replace <br />unit that presently heats and cools home <br />Paint interior and exterior of new addition and any existing walls affected by <br />construction <br />Install all trims for HV AC, electric, and plumbing <br />Install floor covering in new addition, VCT, vinyl flooring, caIJ>et or combination <br />of either <br />Clean and haul all building and demo debris <br />Provide plans <br />Provide permit <br />Provide supervision <br />
