<br />attached, signed blueprints and specification list indicate, furnish-,
<br />lng labor, material., and service. a. described below and/or attached

<br />3.) BUILDS. shall strive and diligently .eek to complete construction
<br />within 180 calender days from the actual groun~ breaking. Should this
<br />time schedule 1;>- delayed due to government authority,' weather, vanda-
<br />lism, act. ot the owner, or change order. submitted by the same, tbe

<br />4.) BUILDER shall provide liability insurance and workman compenaation
<br />1nsurance as required by law, including injury or death to workman.

<br />5.) OWNIR shall provide fire, theft and extended coverage insurance
<br />in t.he amount of the fu:ll insurable value of t.be building and materials
<br />4uring the conltructic>nPfitriod. This pOliey muet be 1ft torce prior to
<br />the actual start of conatruction.

<br />6.) BOILDIR ahall have exclusive occupancy of .aid house until OWNER
<br />has accepted construction, and full payment under the terms of this
<br />contract has been made~o BUILDER. If OWNER occupies batore acceptance
